Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer specializing in Layouts
Key Responsibilities
• Site Execution: Oversee daily civil construction activities for layout infrastructure.
• Layout & Setting Out: Ensure accurate demarcation, leveling, and alignment of plots, roads, and villa footprints.
• Infrastructure Management: Supervise the development of internal roads, drainage, water supply, and underground utilities.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct strict inspections of concrete work, brickwork, finishing, and MEP integration.
• Contractor & Labor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors, and labor forces to keep the project on schedule.
• Billing & Quantity Surveying: Verify contractor bills, track material consumption, and minimize wastage.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols and ensure work aligns with approved architectural and structural drawings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5-10 years in residential civil construction, specifically villas and gated community layouts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading structural/architectural drawings, handling Auto Level/Total Station, and basic AutoCAD.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
